Ted Lieu represents California’s 36th Congressional District and serves as vice chair of the House Democratic Caucus. He also co-chairs the House Democratic Commission on AI and the Innovation Economy. His background includes computer-science and political-science studies at Stanford, a law degree from Georgetown and military service in the U.S. Air Force.
Notable Contributions
Lieu co-chaired the bipartisan House AI task force in the preceding Congress and has continued AI-policy work through the Democratic commission.
