A newly formed group of blockchain and security companies is trying to confront one of crypto’s most difficult long-term security questions: what happens if sufficiently powerful quantum computers eventually become capable of breaking the public-key cryptography used by Bitcoin, Ethereum and other major networks? South Korea’s Upbit has expanded trading support for Nillion (NIL) by adding a Korean-won market, giving domestic traders direct fiat access to the privacy-focused blockchain infrastructure token.
